Welcome to Dealkr (“Platform”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By accessing or using Dealkr, you (“User”, “Customer”, or “Seller”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.


1. Definitions

  • Customer / Buyer – Any person purchasing goods or services on Dealkr.
  • Seller / Vendor – Any person or business listing and selling products on Dealkr.
  • Platform / App / Website – The Dealkr mobile application and web platform.
  • Order – Any confirmed purchase made by a buyer.

2. Eligibility

To register or sell on Dealkr, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have a valid mobile number and email address.
  • Comply with all applicable Indian laws (GST, IT Act, etc.).

3. Account & Responsibilities

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Any activity through your account will be considered as done by you.
  • Dealkr reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for suspicious or illegal activity.

4. Seller Terms

  • Sellers must list genuine and original products only.
  • Product descriptions, images, and prices must be accurate and not misleading.
  • Sellers must ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
  • Refunds, replacements, or disputes must be handled as per Dealkr’s Return & Warranty Policy.
  • Any fake, refurbished (without proper disclosure), or duplicate products may lead to permanent suspension.

5. Customer Terms

  • Customers must check product details before placing an order.
  • Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled after dispatch unless mentioned in the policy.
  • Any refund or return request should be raised within 7 days of delivery through the Dealkr support section.
  • Customers agree not to misuse, copy, or manipulate seller content or data.

6. Payment & Refund

  • Payments are processed securely through approved payment gateways.
  • In case of order cancellation or product return, refund will be credited to the user’s Dealkr Wallet or original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Dealkr may deduct service or transaction fees where applicable.

7. Commission & Fees (for Sellers)

  • Dealkr may charge a small commission on each successful order.
  • Commission rates may vary by product category and can be changed with prior notice.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Sellers are responsible for proper packaging and timely delivery.
  • In case of delay, damaged or missing items, Dealkr may hold the payment until resolution.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of any dispute between buyer and seller, Dealkr’s support team will act as a mediator.
  • Final decision will rest with Dealkr based on provided proofs and policies.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Sell illegal, restricted, or counterfeit products.
  • Upload abusive, misleading, or infringing content.
  • Manipulate prices, reviews, or sales data.
  • Use bots, scripts, or any unfair means to gain advantage.

11. Limitation of Liability

Dealkr acts only as a platform connecting buyers and sellers.
We are not directly responsible for product quality, authenticity, or warranty unless sold by Dealkr directly.
Dealkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.


12. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on Dealkr are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Users cannot copy, reuse, or distribute without written permission.


13. Policy Updates

Dealkr may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website/app and effective immediately upon publication.

16. Return, Replacement & 7 Days Warranty Policy

a. Overview
Every product sold on Dealkr is covered under a 7 Days Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
This ensures fair protection for both Customers and Sellers.

b. Return Eligibility
Return or replacement is allowed only if:

  • Product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • Wrong product or missing item received.
    Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, no claim will be accepted.

c. Seller 7 Days Warranty

  • Each seller provides a 7-day limited warranty on their products.
  • Covers manufacturing defects only — not physical or liquid damage.
  • Seller must replace, refund, or repair (if agreed) defective products.

d. Proof & Condition

  • Buyer must share clear photos/videos showing the issue.
  • Product must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
  • If product is tampered, scratched, or misused, return will be rejected.
  • Sellers must upload clear, real product images; buyers must purchase after checking them properly.

e. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to Dealkr Wallet or original payment mode within 7–10 working days.
  • Refund will be approved after verification of the returned product.
  • Unfair return requests may be rejected.

f. Non-returnable Items
Following items are not returnable unless defective on arrival:

  • Mobile accessories (charger, cable, screen guard)
  • Digital/software products
  • Hygiene products (earphones, earbuds)
  • Refurbished items after 7-day warranty period

g. Responsibility
Sellers must ensure genuine listing, working condition, and respond to requests within 48 hours.
Customers should check photos and description carefully and record unboxing video as proof.

h. Dealkr’s Role
Dealkr acts as a neutral platform and final decision authority in case of disputes.
Dealkr may hold or release payments based on verification and fairness.
