Customer / Buyer: Any person purchasing goods or services on Dealkr.


Seller / Vendor: Any person or business listing and selling products on Dealkr.


Platform / App / Website: The Dealkr mobile application and web platform.


Order: Any confirmed purchase made by a buyer.

2. Eligibility


To register or sell on Dealkr, you must:


Be at least 18 years old.


Have a valid mobile number and email address.


Comply with all applicable Indian laws (GST, IT Act, etc.).

3. Account & Responsibilities


Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.


Any activity through your account will be considered as done by you.


Dealkr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious or illegal activity.

4. Seller Terms


Sellers must list genuine and original products only.


Product descriptions, images, and prices must be accurate and not misleading.


Sellers must ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.


Refunds, replacements, or disputes must be handled as per Dealkr’s Return & Warranty Policy.


Fake, refurbished (without disclosure), or duplicate products may lead to permanent suspension.

5. Customer Terms


Customers must check product details before placing an order.


Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled after dispatch unless mentioned in the policy.


Refund or return requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery.


Customers agree not to misuse, copy, or manipulate seller content or data.

6. Payment & Refund


Payments are processed securely through approved payment gateways.


In case of order cancellation or product return, refund will be credited to the Dealkr Wallet or original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Dealkr may deduct transaction or service fees where applicable.

7. Commission & Fees (for Sellers)


Dealkr may charge commission on each successful order.


Commission rates may vary by category and can be changed with prior notice.

8. Shipping & Delivery


Sellers must ensure proper packaging and dispatch within 1–3 working days.


Delivery time may vary between 3–10 business days depending on the location.


Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout.


Customers will receive tracking ID and status updates after shipment.


If delivery fails due to wrong address or unavailability, item will be returned to seller (RTS) and refund processed after deduction of courier cost.


In case of lost or damaged shipment, refund/replacement will be issued after courier verification.


Dealkr is not liable for courier delays beyond its control.

9. Dispute Resolution


Any dispute between buyer and seller will be handled by Dealkr support.


Dealkr’s decision will be final based on valid proof (photos, videos, or system logs).

10. Prohibited Activities


You agree not to:


Sell illegal or counterfeit products.


Upload misleading or infringing content.


Manipulate reviews, prices, or order data.


Use bots or scripts to fake transactions.

11. Limitation of Liability


Dealkr acts as a marketplace, connecting buyers and sellers.

We are not directly responsible for product quality or warranty unless the product is sold by Dealkr itself.

Dealkr will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

12. Intellectual Property


All logos, content, and materials on Dealkr are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

No one may copy or reuse them without written permission.

Dealkr may update these terms anytime. New terms will be posted on the website/app and effective immediately.

16. Return, Replacement & 7 Days Warranty Policy


Every product sold on Dealkr is covered by a 7 Days Limited Warranty.


Return/Replacement valid only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.


Buyer must raise return within 7 days of delivery with clear photo/video proof.


Product must be in original packaging with all accessories.


Seller must refund, replace, or repair within policy terms.


Refunds issued within 7–10 business days to wallet or original payment method.


Non-returnable items: accessories, digital goods, hygiene items, refurbished products beyond 7 days.


Sellers must upload clear real photos; buyers should verify before ordering.


Dealkr’s decision in disputes is final.

17. Order Cancellation Policy


Cancellation is only allowed before dispatch.


Once shipped, no user (buyer/seller) can cancel the order.


If canceled before shipment, refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.


Seller cannot cancel confirmed orders unnecessarily; repeated cancellations may cause suspension.


If courier already in transit, customer may refuse delivery but courier cost may apply.


Dealkr may auto-cancel suspicious orders or payment failures.


Dealkr’s decision on all cancellation-related disputes is final.

18. Shipping & Delivery Policy


Sellers must ship within 1–3 business days of receiving the order.


Estimated delivery time: 3–10 days, depending on location.


Shipping charges displayed during checkout.


Customers receive tracking details via app or SMS once shipped.


Incorrect address, unreachable contact, or repeated delivery failure may cause Return to Seller (RTS).


Refund (if eligible) processed after item returns to seller minus courier fee.


Sellers must use Dealkr-approved courier services and maintain proof of shipment.


Customers must check packaging condition before accepting the parcel.


Dealkr assists in lost/damaged shipment claims but is not directly liable for courier delay.


Both parties (seller and buyer) must cooperate during verification or disputes.
