Dealkr — Refund & Return Policy


1. Refund Mode & Procedure


1. Bank Transfer (Paid via Bank/UPI/Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card):

If you have made the payment using your bank account, UPI, net banking, debit, or credit card, the refund will be credited to the same payment source or bank account once the returned product is received by us.

Any applicable return shipping or handling cost may be deducted before processing the refund.



2. Cash on Delivery (COD):

For COD payments, you will have two refund options —

(a) Refund to your bank account, or

(b) Credit to your Dealkr Wallet Balance.

If you opt for a bank refund, you must provide accurate bank details (Account Holder Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, etc.).

Dealkr will not be responsible for any refund failure caused by incorrect bank details provided by you.



3. Additional Documents:

In case of any dispute or discrepancy regarding refund receipt, Dealkr may request supporting documents such as your bank statement or other relevant proof.

2. Processing Timelines

3. Instant Refund (Where Applicable)


Dealkr offers an Instant Refund facility for select Cash on Delivery orders — where refunds can be triggered within 4 hours of the product being marked as successfully picked up by our delivery partner.

Refunds to bank accounts may take 3–7 business days, while refunds to Dealkr Wallet will reflect within 2 business days.


Conditions for Instant Refund:


1. Instant Refunds are available only for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.



2. The returned product must pass quality check and be marked as successfully picked up in Dealkr’s system.



3. If the delivery partner is unable to update the pickup status in the system due to technical issues, the Instant Refund cannot be processed.



4. Instant Refund will not apply in cases requiring manual intervention, such as missing products, self-shipment returns, incorrect tracking details, or additional products returned by mistake.



5. Products purchased from Resellers are not eligible for Instant Refund.



6. Technical downtime (e.g., bank server failure or platform issues) may delay or disable Instant Refund processing.



7. Refunds will not be processed if incorrect or incomplete bank/UPI details are provided.



8. Dealkr reserves the right to deny Instant Refunds in case of any suspected fraud, misuse, or policy violation.

4. Goods Once Sold / No Return after Pickup


Once the goods have been physically taken from the seller’s premises by the buyer or the buyer’s representative, the goods cannot be returned, unless explicitly permitted under Dealkr’s return policy.

The buyer assumes full responsibility for the goods after they leave the seller’s premises.

5. Buyer Indemnity (Liability & Responsibility)


The buyer agrees that if any loss, expense, or claim arises due to negligence, mishandling, or misuse of the product, the buyer shall be solely responsible for such consequences.

The buyer shall indemnify and hold harmless Dealkr and its sellers from any legal claims, costs, or liabilities arising due to such actions.

6. Seller Return Conditions


If a seller incorrectly marks a returned product as damaged or defective (without valid reason), Dealkr reserves the right to:


Reject such a false or invalid return after proper verification, and


Transfer the buyer’s refund amount directly to the Dealkr Wallet, allowing the buyer to use or withdraw it as per platform policy.



This clause ensures that buyers are protected from false damage or wrong return claims raised by sellers.

7. Miscellaneous


All return/refund requests are subject to Dealkr’s verification and approval.


Dealkr reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
